Matthew Jamieson has been a life-long scribbler and more recently a poet. WA born and bred, he has performed at Perth Poetry Club, Voicebox, Perth Slam, in Melbourne, and to anyone who will listen. His poetry is by turns satirical, philosophical, colloquial, and sometimes even entertaining. Let’s say YES he is entertaining. He still hopes to write "the great Australian poem."
Christopher Konrad is a Western Australian writer. He has poems and short stories published in many journals and online. Amongst other awards he has received First Prize, Tom Collins Poetry Award (2009& 2018) and the Todhunter Literary Award (2012) for a short story. Completed his doctorate in creative writing (2012) at Edith Cowan University. Some of his books of poetry include Argot published by Pomonal in 2016, Blind Summits published by Sunline Press in 2020 and his latest book languageslips published by Black Cockie Press 2025. His collection of short stories, The Voyeur, was published by Balboa Press in 2021. He has been published in the Chinese, in the USA, UK and Ireland as well as Australia. He conducts poetry and other writing classes across the metro area.
