Perth Poetry Club has wonderful poet Jacqueline Collier & launch of Crows/Ravens + open-mike this Saturday 22nd March, 2pm-4pm at The Moon Café, 323 William Street Northbridge, and on ZOOM.
Jacqueline Collier is a 22-year-old West Australian poet currently living in Northam who has been writing poetry for the past three years. She will be at The Moon for the gig.
Jacqueline is passionate about using the power of sound and emotion to create memorable and moving poetry. You can find many of her poems on her personal blog: JacquelineCollier.blog. She plans to publish her debut poetry collection later this year. She almost completed a Bachelor of Languages at the Australian National University, but was forced to drop out due to sudden onset disability. She is a strong advocate for FND awareness, due to her ongoing battle with the condition and the lack of systemic support.
