Well Versed has been celebrating the works of William Shakespeare all year, and in "Perchance to Dream" they will be rejoicing in his attitude to death in his plays and sonnets, where he often hides had a wicked sense of humour!

In “Perchance to Dream” Well Versed have been joined once more by a recorder ensemble playing music of that period, and Janice Miller Eves soprano, who sings some wonderful stuff – including Purcell’s famous song “Dido’s Lament”. So don’t be put off by the theme – it’s a wonderful reminder of many stunning moments in Shakespeare’s plays.
