Perth Poetry Club this Saturday 12th February has wonderful poet Daphne Milne + open-mike at the Moon Cafe.
Daphne Milne writes poems, short stories, novellas, flash fiction. Work published in print/on line in magazines and anthologies internationally. She has won various prizes for her poems and last year was invited to read on BBC local radio.
Daphne lives in Fremantle. She reads regularly at Perth Poetry Club and Voicebox, Fremantle. She has recorded two podcasts for ILAA on Kalamunda radio. Her pamphlet The Blue Boob Club published by Indigo Dreams Press is available on the 'zines table. She was a KSP fellow for 2021, selected as a Contemporary poet 2020 by Poetry Kit and is part of the current emerging Writers programme with Fremantle Press. Her new collection, The Alchemy of Touch is expected to be published late next year

We will also run an unorganised Zoom meeting, independent of the Moon Café gig to keep the Zoom time slot open. The Zoom meeting will be open-mike only.
