Our feature poets are Jan Napier and Amanda Altmann, this Saturday 15th July 2017 at Perth Poetry Club.
Jan Napier has been infected by the poetry bug. There is no cure. Beware or be there! She is much loved and all relevant Health authorities have been notified of her affliction.
Amanda Altmann is a recent regular at Perth Poetry Club. She started writing at 14years of age, in part to overcome Self-Harm, but now uses poetry as a resource. Amanda’s poetry encompasses mindfulness via observation of the everyday that make up our lives. Amanda says that “both of my grandmothers wrote poetry, so it comes naturally to me”. This will be her first poetry feature.
